The AZX Series is an all-in-one regenerative 4-quadrant AC/DC power supply with Programmable AC voltage source, current source, Regenerative AC/DC load, and PHIL Interface. The AZX’s single cabinet offers 30kVA, 45kVA, or 55kVA/kW and units can be paralleled up three-Phase High Power Systems  of 1.1+MVA based on your requirements.

AZX offers Real-time Power Hardware in the Loop (PHIL) simulation using high speed set of Analog inputs and outputs with fast output response. The High-speed Analog I/O interface is used for controlling frequency, voltage or current and waveshape.
PHIL applications include real time simulation of power plants, electric vehicles, and renewable energy generation and its effect on the utility grid. AZX offers industries best latency of less than 50µs.

Flexible Output Configurations

AC and DC operation of modes per phase (or channel), and the automatic switching of output modes provides test engineers with a unique capability and the highest degree of flexibility. Isolated Neutral per phase allows user to operate AZX in AC, DC, AC+DC, DC+AC output configurations available in single, split, three phase and multi-channels.

High-Precision 3-Phase Ac Power Solution Upto 1.1MVA

Applications like AI Data Server, EV/EVSE, Solar Inverter requires more than 1.1MVA, 3 Phase AC source with Power simulation capability. A multi-cabinet cluster of AZX system offers system configuration of 1.1+MVA with Controller to control entire system. This state-of-the-art power cabinet solution is designed for high power applications requiring precise and independent control of each AC phase.

This system consists of three multi-cabinet AZX clusters and one Controller Cabinet that routes power from all other cabinets to a point of common connection for the end-user’s three phase load. Each phase cluster is dedicated to delivering one phase of the three-phase output, all seamlessly synchronized and controlled by a centralized three-phase controller unit in the Controller Cabinet.

The AZX Series is an All-in-1 regenerative 4-quadrant AC and DC power source that can function as an AC voltage source, DC power supply, current source, AC/ DC load, and PHIL Interface. The AZX’s high-power density provides 30kVA/kW up to 55kVA/kW in a single cabinet.

The AGX Series operates as:

Yes, The AZX has built-in digital scope function captures voltage and current time domain signals, perfectly synchronized to the output frequency. It also captures Harmonics information and displayed in either bar charts or detailed table format for easy viewing and analysis. Data is displayed for each phase or all three phase simultaneously.

The AZX Load mode offers following four main operating modes with both RMS and Real-time modes as well as a rich set of features in each mode.
